I bring 14 years of experience across a variety of clinical settings and ages into my practice. I have experience in high acuity treatment with clients experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, suicidality, eating disorders, psychosis, and autism. I also bring experience in the public school setting and can provide support to parents navigating the complicated special education system. Together we will build a safe environment where you can explore all parts of yourself, let go of what isn't needed and nurture what is serving you. You will come away from our sessions feeling a sense of relief and clarity in your next steps.
